Multi-Bend Heat Exchanger
Increased heat. This unit uses the heat exchangers with tubes of a special design, the inner surface of which has trapezoidal notches "Innergrove cooper", which provides maximum heat transfer surface area increased. Due to this heat increases by 28%, reduced power consumption, and hence increases the efficiency of the system.
Description
The scope of the Midea MGB series chillers is quite wide. These units are used for air conditioning in rooms with large areas: in factories, in hotels, in medical, sports and other places. So, chillers are used to cool liquids in complex air conditioning systems, as well as other technological processes where a constant decrease in the current temperature is required.
It is worth noting that the chiller from the MGB series has:
- condenser air cooling;
- scroll compressor;
- units can operate in cooling or heating modes (equipped with a heat pump) based on R410A refrigerant.
Chillers from the MGB series are a modular design with high-quality components, the housing of which is made of durable metal. High performance is also provided by fans having specially shaped blades.
This series of chillers is presented to the buyer in a whole line of devices, each of which has some differences in weight, power, size and type of heat exchanger, in particular:
- Heaters are presented with a power of 29.5-250 kW.
- Coolers - 28-250 kW.
- The chiller heat exchanger is presented in a two-pipe (pipe in pipe) or shell-and-tube form (depending on the model).
- The weight of the blocks is from 380 to 2450 kg.
It is advisable to install an air-cooled chiller outside the premises where people are present, it can be a balcony, roof, etc. It is also possible to install in the basement, utility room and other places at an ambient temperature of no higher than + 46 degrees C. It is important to take into account the installation rules of the devices, as well as regularly conduct technical inspection of equipment.
The units are controlled by a wired remote control; it can control one or a group of chillers.
