Aluminium heat exchanger with hydrophilic coating
Improved wettability of the heat exchanger aluminum plates which have a special coating with a hydrophilic layer, ensuring rapid removal of condensate from the indoor unit that does not allow to quickly form of mold and bacteria, providing a more efficient operation of the air conditioner.
Multi-Bend Heat Exchanger
Increased heat. This unit uses the heat exchangers with tubes of a special design, the inner surface of which has trapezoidal notches "Innergrove cooper", which provides maximum heat transfer surface area increased. Description
The outdoor units of MIDEA EVI Tech multizone systems also have a modular design for building more powerful systems (up to 180 kW). The main distinguishing feature is the ability to operate these systems in heating mode to -25°C without loss of power.
This is achieved thanks to special compressors and the internal structure of the refrigeration circuit of the unit.
Copeland scroll compressors with steam injection, which are used in this series of MDV systems, have an additional port - the “injector” port. Injection improves the performance of the entire system, increasing its thermal performance. The mass flow to the heat source is reduced, which significantly improves the COP. An additional advantage is the reduction of the discharge temperature, which increases the operating temperature range in the capacitor circuit. This series of equipment was developed to be used as the only all-weather source of thermal energy in rooms, and, like other series, can be equipped with any indoor units and control systems.
