Monobloc screw air cooled chillers are designed to provide a comfortable air conditioning in larger buildings or for cooling large volumes of liquid in the industry, Idea produces eight sizes chillers in the series (from 375 to 1420 kW).

Midea produces aggregates series LSBLGCW based BITZER compressors with refrigerant R-134a. An important advantage for this series of chillers is the possibility of building structures "master - slave" -dopuskaetsya combining up to 8 devices in a common network management. This series of chillers are high coefficient COP, the relatively low level of noise and vibration of the unit, high reliability of the mechanical components of the compressor - for factory tests and experience of the practical operation of all components of the compressor to a minimum of 50,000 hours MTBF up.
The chillers are used screw compressors BITZER produced under license in China. They are equipped with high-quality bearings SKF (Sweden). The system uses a compressor lubricant oil separators MANN (Germany) - and oil content is always within 3 ppm (like oil separation systems are used in pneumatic screw compressors).
Compressor used are the so-called "Third generation" of screw compressors and developed using technology to build asymmetric "screws" - "5 to 6 teeth" at one time developed by German rotor GHH, which provides an excellent balance shafts, low vibration, a greater life cycle (at 10 12%) and energy savings (25%) in comparison with the compressors "4 to 6 teeth."
The rotor design is protected by patents in China, the UK and the US.
High-performance evaporators Midea, which are installed on chillers are made on the technology "filling" inside the empty shell-bed of small diameter copper tubes with anti-corrosion treatment, or stainless steel pipes. The pressure in the heat exchanger from the refrigerant can reach 1.9 MPa, and the pressure of the fluid (water) - 1 MPa. This design provides the most efficient heat transfer along the entire length of the heat exchanger as well as easy service and maintenance. Each unit undergoes a full cycle of production tests and is supplied with the normal refrigerant charge calculation, and is ready to work.
The basic package includes screw chillers:
- System 4-level fixed power adjustment (25, 50, 75 and 100%) using a special bypass valve;
- Insulated shell and tube evaporator, "all-weather" - protected from the effects of humidity control panel with all necessary for agregatakomponentami, multi-function remote control PLC - type of series S7-200 SIEMENS, latching operation statistics and error, the possibility of remote control interface RS485 (the system is prepared for Connection to a computer);
- Start system "star - delta";
- Flanges for connecting pipes are installed on the heat exchanger;
- Integrated sensors monitor temperature, oil level and pressure of the refrigerant;
- Lubrication system is filled with oil at the factory;
- The compressor and refrigerant circuit is charged with refrigerant at the factory;
- You can also order some options if needed (flow switch, antivibration mountings, remote controller, extra protection corps and fans);
- Pumping group, storage tanks, valves and flanged fittings not supplied chillers, and the company does not come Midea.
