Aluminium heat exchanger with hydrophilic coating

Description
The outdoor units of Plus Modular multizone systems have the ability to be combined into a modular assembly to build powerful systems (up to 180 kW).
The main distinguishing feature is the ability to operate these systems in heating mode to -25 ° C without loss of power. This is achieved thanks to special compressors and the original structure of the refrigeration circuit of the unit.
This series of equipment was developed with the aim of using it as the only all-weather source of thermal energy in rooms, and, like other series, can be equipped with any indoor units and control systems from the MDV line.
The Copeland scroll compressors used in this MDV series have an additional “injector” port for injecting refrigerant vapor into the compression chamber. This technology improves the performance of the entire system, increasing its thermal performance, while the mass flow to the heat source is reduced, which significantly improves the COP. An additional advantage is the reduction of the discharge temperature, which increases the operating temperature range in the capacitor circuit.
Features of the blocks of this series:
- Modified series, based on “Digital Pulse Scroll Compressors” - Digital Scroll, further development of the MDV-D3 series;
- DC fans, highly efficient heat exchangers, analogs of V4 + systems are used in the blocks;
- Lack of electromagnetic interference (there is no inverter current control process);
- Advanced microprocessor control;
- “Intelligent” defrost cycle;
- Space saving - modular assemblies. The reduced, compared with the V4 series, dimensions of the outdoor units allow more efficient use of space during installation of systems;
- Thanks to the hardware-software oil return system, installation of oil return loops is not required ;;
- Wide range of operating temperatures: from -20 to +46 ° C;
- The power of indoor units can be up to 130% of the outdoor power;
- Highways and splitters, as well as layouts for merged units, are easy to select using the MDV Selection Software.
